Her comprehensive knowledge of the real estate industry and all its moving parts further distinguishes Johanna as a valuable full-service resource. In addition to handling purchases and sales for her clients, she founded and runs the real estate company Cosmo Realty Group with two other partners, which specializes in representing buyers and sellers of properties.
Johanna and her partners cover real estate dealings in New York City, Long Island and the Hamptons, and will soon be expanding to Florida. Clients benefit from her comprehensive expertise, superior customer service, and skilled negotiating that set their minds at ease and deliver outstanding results.
Born in Venezuela and raised in Ecuador, Johanna studied Business Administration in college and is bilingual in Spanish and English. Prior to real estate, she was a production manager for over 20 years, as a leader and operations professional in the manufacturing enterprise.
Her sharp management, leadership and organizational skills have been extremely useful in her real estate practice, and have led her to develop trusting, positive relationships with clients by addressing their individual needs. Johanna is committed to everything she does, from real estate to family life. She loves spending time with her spouse and daughter, plus enjoys staying active with tennis, soccer and dance in her free time.
